My Role: I develop the compliance training curriculum for all of our 8000+ employees at Children’s Mercy. I have done this for over twelve years. This includes modules on topics such as Code of Conduct, Safety, Privacy, Emergency Management, Infection Control, and Cybersecurity. I work with multiple SMEs and revise the content annually.

Over the last two years, I have trained two additional instructional designers to assist with this large project.

I also created a Power BI report that leaders use housewide to track who has completed the curriculum.
