My Role: Instructional Designer and Developer

In 2017 our IT department launched ServiceNow and wanted to introduce the organization on how to use it. I conducted a task analysis with them to determine what critical tasks would be needed to start using the system. I then created a storyboard and script. I recorded the voiceover of a subject matter expert, and then animated it using Vyond.
